A 6-session workshop helping children (ages 9–13) develop calm awareness, read their environment, and spot early signs of risk with confidence.
 
Essential Information
Format: 6 sessions (1 hour each weekend) for 6 weeks
Dates: Weekends from 3–4 Jan to 7–8 Feb 2026
Preferred Day: Choose Saturday OR Sunday (3:30–4:30 pm)
Location: Mo-Ichido Centre, Horton Country Park, Epsom (Surrey)
Group Size: Small groups (10 to 15) to keep learning personal and engaging

Accreditation 
This programme is currently of the process of CPD accreditation with The CPD Standards Office.  
Participants receive an official CPD Certificate upon completion of the course.
