A 6-session workshop helping children (ages 9–13) develop calm awareness, read their environment, and spot early signs of risk with confidence.
 
Essential Information
Format: 6 sessions (1 hour each weekend) for 6 weeks
Dates: Every Wednesday from 1st April to 7th or 8th May 2026
Day: Wednesdays (17:30–18:30 pm)
Location: Beaufort House Chelsea, 354 King's Rd, London SW3 5UZ
Group Size: Small groups (20) to keep learning personal and engaging

Accreditation 
This programme is currently of the process of CPD accreditation with The CPD Standards Office.  
Participants receive an official CPD Certificate upon completion of the course.
