At XavSafety, we strive to deliver high-quality, empowering training. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds:

1. Digital Courses

Due to the nature of downloadable and streamed content, all digital product sales are final. Refunds are only granted if:

• A technical failure prevents access

• The course was charged incorrectly

2. Live Trainings / Workshops

You may cancel up to 7 days before a live session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred.

3. Memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds.
