XavSafety is committed to providing a training environment where all participants are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. No learner or customer will face discrimination based on:

  • Age

  • Gender

  • Ethnicity or nationality

  • Religion or belief

  • Sexual orientation

  • Socio-economic background

  • Any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010

2. Our Commitments

We ensure:

  • Equal access to all programs

  • Inclusive teaching methods

  • Accessibility adaptations wherever feasible

  • Non-discriminatory language and examples

  • A respectful, safe learning environment

  • Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or exclusion

3. Responsibilities

XavSafety trainers must:

  • Treat every learner fairly

  • Adapt teaching to diverse needs

  • Challenge discriminatory behaviour

  • Report incidents immediately

Learners must:

  • Treat others respectfully

  • Avoid discriminatory or harmful behaviour

  • Follow the code of conduct for sessions
