Every year, children from Year 6 begin walking to school, waiting at bus stops, or commuting independently, often before they fully understand how to stay safe.

As a former French armed police officer, honoured for bravery by the French President, and now a close-protection officer and behavioural detection instructor, I have spent decades studying how real threats unfold.

While my background includes years of martial arts study and instruction, XavSafety isn’t about fighting; it’s about giving children and teenagers the knowledge, confidence and protective sense to move safely through public spaces.

Before parents commit to the course, I will be hosting a free online event to introduce myself, the XavSafety mission, the core concept of the course titled “See What Others Miss,” and how theory and practice merge in a friendly, non-confrontational manner.
